Gabriel's Christmas & More — Local services in Jonesborough

So ....i love the store. It is well organzied and well stocked. I just wish that there were Christmas things to be had that were made in other countries then China. Sad ....take for instance Germany. They make some of the most beautiful glass ornaments in Nuremberg or Coburg and Neustadt...such as Inge Glass ...or the wooden crafts from the Erzgebirge ...talking about crafted smokers and nutcrackers, candle arches and pyramides ... I know they would be costing a lot more but they are such good quality that customers I am sure would like to have that option... But anyways I am ranting. Gabriels is a wonderful store. I love it and will he back ....

Dani & Lisa were great! I came in looking for certain type of greenery…garland for my mantle for Christmas & when I asked Lisa about it, she brought out a couple of choices. She said they could wire several together, if needed to get the length I wanted. I went home & remeasured & called the store & Dani was nice enough to text me pics of the 2 types of garland & gave me their measurements. I then called back & purchased the one I wanted over the phone. They wired together the 3 I bought & held them for me until I could get back to pick them up! The greenery is just what I wanted & less expensive than what I was looking at on Etsy…which also could not be returned, if I happened to not like it!! I am hoping to find my Christmas tree at Gabriel’s this year! Great store, great people &...

An associate and the owner were not only rude to my handicapped mother-in-law, the owner berated her in correspondence to “rectify” the issue of the associate being rude to her. I ended up taking her purchase back for a refund due to her negative experience. The owner ended up wasting my mother-in-law’s time, my wife’s time, my time, and his own time—the most valuable asset in the universe.
