Buzzed Wings — Restaurant in Jonesborough

I have been to this restaurant 3 times now twice at Texas Burrito and once as the buzzed wings each time I've left just disappointed I go back because I so want to love it but I just can't. I got the Don't go bacon my heart sandwich which is a BLT served on sourdough bread already you know sourdough bread is a bigger bread so what ever you put on it should match the size of the bread there were 5 small slices of bacon in the middle of my sandwich and a couple of small fried green tomatoes and some lettuce it came with fries which there were plenty of but what I had was not a 14 dollar meal, then my husband got the love Me tender sandwich which had 2 chicken strips on it which tasted like the strips you buy at Sam's served with some franks red hot and fries also not a 14 dollar meal you can't serve mediocre food and charge upscale prices 9 dollars for chips and queso 6 dollars for chips and salsa? and then hand out cheap plastic silverware I don't know it just was off for me and I'm sorry I've seen the other 5 star reviews and I can't help but wonder if we were in the same restaurant. Food was good, a bit pricey, but not bad. It did have a fast food /take-out type atmosphere, with plastic ware. the waitress was so slow to take care of us. The food came out quickly and as I staed was good, but we had to go get the check and pay at the end of the bar. Not all were like this, as we had seen poeple come in after us and get plenty of food and were gone before we could get out. The waitress was too busy entharalled with game time we believe. And if you go, don't go on game night, all the tables are taken, people hanging around for hours, done eating, just to do game which really throws everyone off. This place is a great new addition to a unique and awesome downtown Jonesbouough.

I heard a rumor the wings were incredible and I'll have to say they definitely were the best I've had in a long long time. All we had was wings and margaritas but left impressed.

I'll post my receipt for wing flavors but we did have double shot margaritas which were only $10 each!! WOW

The wings were cooked great and not too large. Nice and crispy as we asked for well done. The flavors are dialed in and we'll executed.

100% from today on if I want wings I'm going straight here. Also looking forward to trying more items on the menu. For now the 5 stars is accurate.
