The owner is terribly condescending and I would not recommend anyone spend their money here. I asked for a higher end product and before she even showed me the product told me the price and said "if you want it, I'll take it out." I was disgusted with her attitude so I said no thanks. Her response? "I THOUGHT SO!" Only when I mentioned I got one from a name brand store in Peru did she change her tune. How can a retail shop employee (apparently owner) arrogantly presume, I can't afford it? I don't even get this type of treatment back home in NYC much less in Juneau, Alaska. I definitely felt a Pretty Woman moment. Sucks to be her because she lost a huge sale. If I knew to ask for that product I obviously knew its higher end. The two sales people who helped my sister and I were awesome. We both told them what we were specifically looking for and they found several items for us to view and try on. Why am I only giving them 4 stars? Because, a third sales person, perhaps the manager, interrupted our great experience by randomly showing us items and asking us "what about this, try it on, etc". She was showing us what she wanted us to buy without considering what we told the first two associated we were interested in. If the 3rd person approached us first and didn't even ask us if we were looking for something specific, I would not have purchased the caplet that was perfect for me. So, if you approached by an associate that isn't actually helping you, seek out another person and you will enjoy your visit to the store. Sorry I don't remember...
