So we're on the seven day Holland America Westerdam cruise out of Seattle and upon getting our luggage to the room discovered the airport transfer crew decided to do a 'Can't Touch This' on wifey's suitcase (see photo.) So the cruise folks- who are absolutely fantastic BTW- filed the claim and are offering to have their upholstery crew try and put it together again like Humpty Dumpty. I'm not optimistic. Claim or not we need a suitcase.
Wifey is freaking- there's no way this thing makes it back off the ship, onto the cattle car truck, and through Seattle airport back to DFW, without completely caving in on her souvineers.
So the Westerdam folks turned me on to Oren at Port Electronics and Luggage. Still filing a claim but had to find a replacement upon docking in Juneau (probably our only bet.) I was on the phone with Oren before our gangway was even down, and his store was a shortwalk ftom the pier. We got a nice suitcase big enough for wifey's entourage of stuff for a pretty damn good price.

He is a great guy to chat with and he really tries to look out for the little guy. I had to get a suitcase replaced that was damaged by one of the cruise lines and he took car of me. While there I observed there were several ships crew people there and he took his time to make sure that he explained all features of technology etc of the purchase they were making and gave the what I thought was a fair price knowing that they don’t make much working on cruise ships and need to be very frugal with every dollar. So I tip my hat once again to Oren for running a standup operation. I came back to your store for replacemne of the adaptor because when I tried to used it on the ship I notice a weird sounds coming from the adaptor. Thanks for replacing it with the same one. I tested it on the store for minutes before I left and it's working. After that I decided to use it when I get back on my country instead of using again inside the ship because of safety reason. Thanks God, I notice the same problem before it escalate a big trouble. The adaptor makes same weird sound again and when I checked it a burn spot is already started.
