Would have given these scammers zero stars if I could have. My wife bought me a new wedding band from these liars. The ring picked and paid for was not the ring we were given. We thought we purchased a 18 karat white gold with gold nuggets inlaid. After purchasing the ring, the scamming salesman told us they could have it sized within 30 minutes, which should have been a red flag. We returned after an hour to pick the ring up, they smooth talked and hurried us out of the store, (which we needed to leave anyways to board our cruise ship). One of the nuggets fell out the ring after a day but luckily we were able to find it. Of course this happened after we departed Juneau. Upon returning home I took the ring and loose gold nugget to a local jeweler for repair all to find out the ring is silver and not white gold. After a brief embarrassing moment I asked the jeweler if they could repair the ring and they were able to do so for a minimal fee. We went to Juneau for the 1st time & I went into MKs not to really buy anything (mostly for a free charm for my 10 yr old son) & Mahesh's’ son showed me this ring & I’ve not ever seen one like it.. it fit perfectly but my husband gave me a bit of cash (not enough for the ring) we took off back to the ship - found my husband & went to complete OPERATION GET MAMAS RING MISSION ! My husband ended up buying me the ring & a gorgeous matching bracelet! Mahesh gave us a great deal! Mahesh & his family are wonderful wonderful people! Visiting Juneau Alaska. Off cruise ship and went to several jewelers. One stood out so special and I have to give Kudos. We walked in and immediately felt like family. So friendly and enthusiastic about what we wanted. Sure it was about a sale but so much more. This family owned business wanted to connect.

Connect they did. I felt like they took us under their wing and guided us through the process of purchasing what we wanted. Their prices were much more competitive than the next door jewelers. Not only did they clean our personal jewelry but repaired mine and offered a grand creative suggestion! I am so thrilled with all my pieces, and there were several. I just look at them and smile :).
