Five stars We were in Alaska with our adult daughters and wanted to buy a piece of jewelry as a special memory from our trip. After visiting several stores , Franklin Jewelers stood out as the place we felt most comfortable .

The staff was down to earth , friendly , and easy to talk to . The owner - just a genuinely nice guy who made us feel welcome and never pressured !

Each of us ended up buying a piece we loved . I sent friends the same day after they had been to a few other stores . They fell in love with some pieces and felt just as comfortable with Franklin as we did . He actually customized matching earrings to the bracelet she picked while she waited !! I told them mention my name after they got their best price - they did - and the owner gave them more off because Angie from New York sent them. We are still laughing about that !!

I cannot recommend Franklin Jewelers enough!
