Absolutely a wonderful experience when purchasing my Gold Quartz ring. Anya was so friendly and helpful and totally went out of her way to help me. My friend and I were looking at the Alaska made stone/ jewelry and wanted an item that could only be found in Alaska. Saw this beautiful Gold Quartz and diamond ring. Had to have this lil gem!!!! It was not my size , so Anya told me about having the Jeweler sizing it correctly for me. It would only take a about 20 minutes. I only had a few minutes to get to my excursion for the day and right after that we had to get back on our cruise ship to set sail. Anya offered to meet me at the cruise ship dock before we got onboard to hand me my ring. She totally went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone. I only stopped in to inquire about a pendant I was looking for, apprehensive because I was tired of the ‘usual’ pressure from various other stores pushing to come and see merchandise and buy, buy, buy; This was the complete opposite! We were in the area from a cruise and unfortunately the stone from the ring I bought fell out before I even had a real opportunity to wear it. Put it on as I got ready to go to dinner, look down no stone. Money wasted. Additionally, we found exact items at other locations for much less, really feel like we were taken...
