Products are very nice and high quality. But DO NOT SHOP HERE. I came here with my family just to take a look inside everything looked really cute but as soon as I walked in and saw something cute a worker came over and told my repeatedly to put them on, they weren't even my size. So I did and then he continued to aggressively tell me to buy them I was very uncomfortable and pressured. I rather shop and browse in peace I did not ask for any help. From there it just got worse. My family was harassed about buying there products as well I saw a pair of slippers and looked at them then was persuade to go over to my family for a "family package" which was just a little bit taken of the total price barely lowering it. Everything in the store is EXTREMELY over priced. Workers were coming at us aggressively trying to get us to buy things. Not a fun experience I was very uncomfortable and felt as if I couldn't leave. Upon entering this place of business, we were immediately greeted with good hospitality. We were shown a variety of goods that looked great, but as we perused the merchandise we were met with a surprising wave of antisemitism, racial ignorance, and overall lack of respect of our culture. The worker called us multiple antisemetic names and said hurtful comments. We were going to buy something, but immediately after the wrongful acts of one of the employees we were immediately hurt and aggravated; leaving the store quickly. Wrongful service and hurtful words is no way to get business. Don’t come, there are better places.

Totally friendly, helpful and informative staff. Great customer service. Most are young and energetic. Lots of great styles in the Alpaca fiber. They have the higher quality Peruvian fabric, classic cuts and modern styles as well without looking dated. The garments I have will be in style for a very long time. I appreciate their knowledge and helpfulness. All sizes of shoes and boots were available. Thank you for a wonderful educational experience. I highly recommend stopping here for gifts.
