Casa Loma Apartments — Local services in Kansas City

I have lived at the Casa Loma Apartments for about 14 months now and love it. It is very affordable, they do not raise the rates, you can drop off your trash each day at a designated spot in the hallway, it is safe since you must dial to enter, there is a pool, maintenance is on site daily, and all utilities are included!! Also, I never hear my neighbors from above, below, or next door. It is an extremely quiet environment great for working/studying. Even better, you can walk anywhere on the plaza within 5-10 minutes and the view from most of the apartments is awesome (especially with the plaza lights during Christmas). The only negative aspects are that you are not allowed to have pets and parking can be atrocious during events on the plaza. There are options to pay a fee to park in the garage across the street, but I do not have trouble with parking if I come home before 7pm.

I really enjoyed living at Casa Loma for the last 2 years. The location is amazing, being within a 10 minute walk of anything on the plaza. I particularly liked being a block away from Chipotle. The all inclusive rent for the apartment makes it very easy to budget and made paying bills much easier. It's already hooked up to Google Fiber, which was a major selling point for me.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Casa Loma. The building has a great location and has very competitive rates for the area. The management and maintenance exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends that are looking to move to...
