Fountain in Mill Creek Park — Attraction in Kansas City

Absolutely my favorite fountain in all of Kansas City.

I always enjoy seeing this fountain every time I visit, yes it's not the biggest in the world or whatever others complain about but it's unique to KC. My only issue is the homeless that hang around it, takes away from your comfort zone and enjoyment. Seems like more and more homeless are popping up in the plaza area.
