First time at this location. Exchanging a jersey for my husband. Very helpful young lady. Truly appreciate her great customer service. ▪︎The counter area had alot of extra merchandise on the them. Just makes the customer feel over crowded. ▪︎They do have a nice selection of KC Chiefs Shirts, Hoodies and Jackets. Even have selection for plus sizes. And every kind of cup or glass you want with KC Chiefs logo on it. ▪︎But sadly no Chiefs soup bowl, been looking for one for my husband for over one year. ▪︎This story was very neat & organized. But it was just missing something, couldn't quite put my finger on it. Just didn't seem inviting, and AS for prices. I am sorry, I was in sticker shock. I know to expect to spent money for jersey. ▪︎But there were no "Sales" going on. Derrick an employee there was called to assist with a purchase I was making with a gift card and he told us he could not run it without us calling to find out the balance, said that we could go to “walmart” and use it (when it said it was for rally house) and when I said: it does not make sense. He responded with a very negative attitude making sure everyone heard him including other customers: yes it does make sense. Very poor customer service, very bad shadow and no help.
