MADE MOBB — Local services in Kansas City

Had high hopes for this local KC company. Their mech isn’t cheap, but took a chance and ordered 2 shirts for $100 over a month ago. One was a preorder and received an email that it would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. Never shipped. Called to check on status and my order fell through the cracks. Now one of the shirts is out of stock. Was told I’d receive a refund but still waiting for them to process through shop. Still haven’t shipped my order. Would not use this company again. In my experience in customer service, especially if I messed up this bad, I’d expedite my order and refund, not sit on it even longer. Bad...

Huge store , went here for a model casting ..didn't really get a chance to shop or look around but it was a pretty cool looking space with dope art on the building outside. Parking is OK either you can park in the parking lot on the side of the building or across the street. You will have to cross the street which there could be traffic so be careful. But if you are in Kansas , I would suggest making a stop here for some kc gear.
