I'm teary eyed even writing this. My expectations of what Nancy could do were already really high based off of all of the work I've seen of hers. However, my hair is really hard to work with and so I just didn't think that much could be done. I went in and got my first cut in over 2 years and she blew me away. Her approach, her conversation, her style, literally everything was perfection and there aren't enough stars in the sky to give this salon for my review. In addition to Nancy being so wonderful, the salon is jaw dropping gorgeous and every person on her staff that I interacted with was just lovely.

Edit: 2nd visit: What do you even comment when your hair looks so good you tear up when you're given the mirror and spun around in your chair?? I've always felt insecure about my hair without extensions or lots of products making sure it's in the perfect place. For the first time since my 20's (I'm 43) I feel not only confident but absolutely obsessed with my easy to style, low maintenance, high performance haircut and color. The coolest part, Nancy used my natural grey as the base of my highlights! I wish I could add pics to this review. In fact, Nancy, please text me some pics!! I have come to Lumine Crossroads several times now and every visit has been amazing!! From the front desk to the chair, everyone has been so lovely and the environment is so bright and beautiful-I love it! Though, I'm especially impressed with Cayla. I don't typically give reviews until I've had a chance to really experience a place, so even though I've only been through a handful of times now, Cayla has consistently been incredible. Besides just being super cool and having a really kind demeanor, she listens so well and offers her professional opinion at the right moment. I've been struggling with some hair loss recently due to post-covid symptoms and she has just been so practical and non-judgmental. It made me feel really at ease. My coloring has been SO beautiful and has allowed me to stretch out my appointments because they fade so nicely and naturally! I'm a bit of a slacker about keeping up with timely, routine visits, so that has been a pleasant surprise but I definitely want to come in more regularly to get that fresh beautiful color! Audrey exceeded my expectations! I was seriously looking for a new stylist when I came across Audrey's profile at Lumine. My 1st appointment was for a hair cut. I have long fine hair and had nothing special in mind for the cut so Audrey worked her magic and I ended up with the best haircut of my life! The cut fits the shape of my head and frames my face beautifully, it's almost like she cut each hair individually! My hair feels so much healthier and even thicker now. We also did a color consult. Audrey was so patient and really listened to me to make sure she clearly understood what I was trying to describe. She showed me samples and discussed options and I felt clear and confident in the process. I went back for my color appointment today. Due to Audrey's meticulous planning and execution I have gone from being too blond for too long to my more natural color, with beautiful lowlights. Audrey nailed it!
