I visited the Leedy-Voulkos Art Center the last Saturday morning of May (in downtown Kansas City, MO).
By highlighting several local artists, the art is on the 1st floor, however it requires walking up 8-10 steps to enter the Gallery.
I also visited on a partly sunny day and the temperature wasn't too bad for me to see Art.
