Panera Bread — Restaurant in Kansas City

I came in today to get food and drinks, and it took 20 minutes to get to me… when literally ALL the workers were talking and not making any food just standing there… they handed me food and I told them I was missing a drink… and then they said go over to the other side to get my smoothie… and the lady supposedly forgot that she had made me my smoothie and left it on the counter for 25 minutes, all watered down, and said, “ oh it’s supposed to be like that”….. um NO it is not… because I go to Panera all the time to get smoothies or brunch, and they are never watery and straight liquid…and the lady would not make me a new one. I also ordered chips with the sandwhich I got and I did not get them. I get home and my bagel is literally so hard and could not even eat it because of how dry it was… also, on top of all of this… I was looking in the bakery section, and there are NATS and FLIES flying all over the food… disgusting and very disappointed in the service I recieved. I spent $33 on food I couldn’t even eat nor drink and I was treated horribly… the only thing that was fine was my fruit cup… but that’s not even a dinner that fills someone up. Absolutely...

Wow, this location is a joke. They just reopened this location a while ago and seems like they didn't train anyone. The kid that helped me was younger and I was patient. He didn't know the computer system, the menu, and I believe he didn't understand English that well. He literally had to leave and ask his manager every thing. It took over 10 mins to take my order. All I wanted was 1 1/2 dozen bagels. I wanted 6 of 3 different bagels and a coffee. They were out of Asiago cheese and It was 615 am. He stated they used them to make sandwiches. He didn't ask if I wanted them sliced and I for got to mention it so I guess that's on me. they were out of bagel boxes so he gave me like 6 smaller bags that was hard to carry. They didn't have blueberry cream cheese or chive and onion. Then to top it off when I got to work for our meeting he gave me 2 blue berry muffins instead of 5 bagels. I was short bagels for 3 people and I'm sure I got someone else's order. Panera you need to fix this location. its trash service...

I ordered $160.00 worth of sandwiches etc. for Sunday 9/5. It was horrible and embarrassing what I tried to feed my family for Labor Day! I wish I would have taken a picture of the food this morning before the trash came by. Every sandwich had stale bread, it was very hard to even chew. Steak and Cheddar sandwich had 1 thin slice of beef on it!! The pulled bbq chicken sandwich is like a brick, it is even very difficult to pry the sandwich open and the bread is hard as a rock! I still have it, I have never complained before about food or service but this was ridiculous! who ever worked on that day really needs to be trained and stop using old items. I specifically ordered Panera because it is supposed to be a better quality of food but on this day is certainly wasn't. I dont even want to give it a 1 star rating...No one that works in the restaurant would have ever given this food to one of their family members. If your YP of Operations saw what I was given he/she would do some serious...
