Very sad at how there is no customer service with the ladies in the permitting department. I’ve been there twice now both with a friendly attitude and both ladies were stone cold rude for no reason. I pull permits throughout the area and this has been by far the most unpleasant experience. I hope these ladies will change their attitude as it leaves a unprofessional and negative energy...
