Frustrating experience with the management. Store workers and online customer service was great, but the manager was rude. Was sold a broken pair of earrings and went back to ask for a refund or store credit, but the manager did not seem to care to listen to my situation at all and kept saying there's nothing she can do because they are earrings. Didn't hear me out or offer any alternatives. However when I called customer service later, they were able to offer me store credit within minutes.
