It's a pretty nice place, depending on the staff. One day I checked the place to see what 360 games they had, and the staff that day gave me a list and allowed me to take a look at the copies. A few weeks later I went back to check if they still had some of the games they had before, but the staff that day said they didn't have any 360 or any retro games. So I checked online and planned on purchasing left 4 dead 2 which clearly said it was in stock for pick up. I went back showed them that they should have this game, and they finally opened the drawer where the retro games should be. Then there you go I see multiple xbox 360 games including the copy I'm looking for. Then they say "we don't have it". Then I asked to take a look at the games myself and they said "we cant take them out", I dont know if it's a new policy but come on, they had to lie to me twice. If you have any console newer than the ps4 and xbox one your fine looking for games. But if you looking of any retro games older than the 360, ps3, and wii, depending on the staff, it's a 50/50. It's either you get staff, who are determined to help you. Or the lazy staff members who'd actually lie to your face even if you have the proof...

They picked them out and we paid,even bought the warranty in case of an issue we were TOLD you could go to any game stop and they would exchange it. Well got home(2 hours away) to discover they put the wrong game in the case. đĄI tried going to a local Game Stop only to be told they couldnât do anything because it was Katy Mills inventory issue. Tried calling manager at Katy Mills and their only âSolutionâ was for ME to drive 4 hours round trip to exchange the game to the right one.đĄ It was their fault!! đĄ They wonât mail me the right one,they wonât let me surrender the other game to local game stop to be shipped to them to prove Iâm not trying to steal anything. NOPE I have to spend more on gas to exchange a game 2 hours away that I shouldâve gotten in the first place!! How ridiculous!! đĄ bad customer service, canât even make right their own mistake!!    Read moreI usually enjoy coming to this GameStop, but thereâs one employee who consistently makes the experience unpleasantâhis name is Beaux. He comes off as extremely presumptuous and unprofessional. Iâve overheard him making snide remarks under his breath, and he often seems irritated by customers, even when theyâre not interacting with him directly. His overall attitude gives off the vibe that he doesnât want to be there or help anyone.
During one of my visits, he was talking to an Asian man who had a GameStop lanyardâso I assumed he worked thereâbut it seemed like he was just hanging out and distracting Beaux while the store was busy. Iâve actually seen this same individual at another GameStop location (Bella Terra), and he was also dismissive and rude there. At that time, he was literally sitting on the floor watching a sports game when customers walked in.
