Don’t get me wrong. I love this chain and they make very delicious food. unfortunately a few of the employees at this specific location seem to have an attitude problem along with poor customer service in general. After ordering my food I was trying to put my wallet back into my purse as quick as I could but apparently it wasn’t fast enough bc the woman who took my order began to attempt to take the order of the person Behind me before I could move which made me feel very rushed. After that I was waiting for my food and didn’t hear the woman call my number and when I did she gave me a large amount of attitude and tossed my sandwich on the counter. I’m sorry I know working in customer service isn’t always fun, I do it myself. But it’s really not that hard to hand me my sandwich smile and say “have a nice day” considering this is your job and you are being paid to do so. I haven’t had problems with other locations but myself and many friends have been treated poorly at this one. Maybe y’all should work on customer service so people are more inclined...

Very disguised and unpleased. Yes I was refunded but totally disguised!! now a week later they "owner" which whom I was told was going to call me is replying to my review. what more do you need to find out that your place of business is infested with rodents and your triflin staff wasn't even decent enough to change the ketchup out after i gave them the cup with the roach in it. Read moreToday our family experienced an awful attitude. We were 3, and we made order for 4 people to take one set home. When we sat and started eating we found out that the personnel put 3 boxes of french fries while we paid for 4 french fries, 4 steak sandwiches, and 4 beverages. My husband went back to them with a receipt and asked about the 4th box. They dealt with him like he was trying to cheat them and did not give our order in full while we paid over $60 for our order. At least you could look at cameras and see what happened, its totally your mistake, and you did not correct it, even more, you insulted my husband, while his health is not good.
