Worst experience! I went to the Finishline at Katy Mills Mall for a refund. The sales lady was helping me, but got to the point where a manager was needed. She called the manager he came up never said a word, never even acknowledged me, just started typing on the register. So I said to him,”I’m fine how are you?” He said nothing, so I repeated myself. He said, “I’m not doing this today,” and literally walked off to the back where the shoes were and left me standing there. Also at the register was another sales lady who was waiting on him to give her a break. She became frustrated. The first sales person helping me came back to help me. She became frustrated because at that point she was the only person on the floor. Customers were coming up asking for shoes, she had at least 8 customers at the register bc the other girl left the front. All while the manager was in the back. So I asked for corporate number. While on the phone with corporate they requested the manager name bc the operator could hear what was going on. I asked the 2 female cashiers for the manager name a total of 3 times. The first one I asked once she didn’t give me his name. The second one I asked she asked me to hold on a moment. Then she gave me his name. After she was done helping a customer, while on the phone with corporate I asked her again to confirm I had the correct name, she completely ignored me and turned her back to me and started straightening shoes at the register. So I approached her again face to face and asked her again. She said that she had OCD and needed to clean up. Finally, I got my refund and left. To have a manager literally walk up and not acknowledge a customer and then walk off the floor and leave the customer standing there is completely unacceptable. The other employee had to ask for his ID number in order to do the return bc he refused to come out and do it. Will be doing a google review. The worst experience ever and I will...
Read moreWent in this evening looking for a specific sneaker. Walking into the store the first thing you see is three employees standing at the register talking away. I grab my sneaker and have to walk over to the huddle to ask for a size. Not one of the three standing around wanted to help. After having to say "excuse me" because I obviously was intruding on a "work" conversation, the employee goes back to get my shoe. He then brings out the wrong shoe which I brought to his attention. He then takes the display shoe back which I see him throw as the door is swinging closed. He comes back out with the right shoe while he is taking off his work shirt because he obviously can't be bothered with me anymore. I try my sneaker on and not one employee can be bothered to ask if it fits okay or if I would like to see something else. I did make a purchase because the shoe was $29.00 cheaper than it was at nordstrom's but in all honesty this store is horrible. With the state of retail nowadays and all the companies filing bankruptcy you should really educate and train your staff in service because shoppers will flock to the internet and you'll be another company shuttering...
Read moreI have called this store twice now and both times the Female employee that answered the phone was ill-mannered and unprofessional. I asked her is they were still hiring because a lot or companies or stores do not take down their job Ads down, so i asked and she immediately gave me attitude and said "i do not know you have to put in an application and then it will tell you if we are hiring" so i told her "OK thank you, have a great day" and hung up. I went online and filled out the application. I then waited two days to call back thinking I might get a less rude employee who might be able to tell me something more useful. unfortunately that was not the case, it was the same rude employee as the first time who again answered the phone sounding like she hated her job with a passion. I told her that i had called a couple days ago and that I had filled out the job application like she had said and I just wanted to know if they had gotten my application. She then told me "i don't know, someone might call you when they look at it". I have never debt with so many people who are so unappreciative that they have a job during a pandemic than people my...
