Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgia

I come here pretty regularly to do home work and I usually don’t have a problem, however, today I unfortunately did. Me and some friends sat at a table and all did mobile orders. They all got their drinks before me. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes before I got up and politely asked the barista at the bar about my order. He said, “I’ll make that right now.” Another 6 or 7 minutes go by and he’s making drinks for people that came in after me. So I walk up to the front counter and told the woman at the register about my issue. She was very apologetic and the guy at the bar rudely said, “here’s your drink,” and sat it on the counter and walked away from me. I looked at it and knew it was made incorrectly, since I always get this drink but this time it looked different. I even re read the stick to make sure it wasn’t my mistake. I stood and waited for him to notice me waiting on him but he ignored me. I sat down with my drink just going to drink it anyway to avoid being an inconvenience. The woman at the counter came to my table since she saw me waiting and offered to have it remade and came back with my correct drink and a gift card for my trouble. I’m happy the issue was resolved and she was very sweet about it, I was just shocked by the other barista’s rude behavior and the absurd wait, when I usually never...

I originally attempted to use the Drive-Thru but the line moved so slowly that after waiting and waiting, i had to pee so badly that i decided to pull my car out of that line and park, shaking my leg and rocking, trying my best to hold it a little longer and praying that there wasn't a line one i got inside. The line of patrons was similar to the drive-thru so I decided to put a hold on the coffee and make my way to the other side of the store, to the much-appreciated, wait-free, single-room unisex (i think) restroom. I was relieved in more ways than one that the powder room was extremely clean and had upbeat music playing loud enough that anyone with stomach issues could feel comfortable to let'er rip without a chance of being offensive! Understandably, I passed up ordering my Caramel Macchiato on my way to the toilet, to avoid the embarrassment of standing in a personal puddle! But unfortunately after I had finished "paying my water bill" I realized that i was out of time and couldn't spare the 10 or 15 minutes longer I'd likely have to wait in line to place my order & then wait again for my drink to be hand crafted. I been a customer for years in this location. For some reason now i am having problems with a employee call Meah ( not sure if i spelled right) . She is giving me hard time every time I try to buy something there. One day, she made me wait for my bagel for a long time. No one was there, no line, when i asked about my bagel then she started the process to toast my bagel. The second time i was dealing with her again, she took my order and did take the order from the lady behind me and gave her coffee and everything else before me. Today, one more time she gave again, the coffee for the lady behind me before mine. She made my coffee very weak, i feel that i bough a cup of milk to drink. The first time,I sipped and noticed that something was wrong and asked if she could make again. She did and i left very disappointed. When i was in the car i noticed that she did the same thing again. Then, i went back to get my money back, what surprised. She was trying to act so nice, saying that she doesn’t mind to remake and was showing everything the process . I accept that third time my new coffee, now she did right.
