Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Georgia

Ok so tonight I had my sons party here, my host was extra awesome she really was, however I am still giving this place one star. I was so upset with how they treated us. As it states it says show up 15 minutes early, I showed up at 5 the party was for 530, they told us it would be about 15 mins before they sat us. Ok understandable, however a party came in right behind us they also stood there for a short period of time with us, however a lady came over and got that party and left us standing there some more time went by and it was now 5:28 again my party was scheduled for 5:30. I went to the lady at the door and said could you please see about the party for my son, she said ok give me a second so a second later she says well your party isn't until 530 I said its 5:29 and it says to show up early , and they took another party , she said ok.. I stood there for 2 more minutes, finally seen the manager went to him and said can the party for * my sons name* sit down yet?. He quickly got us to our table.. we sat there had a great party , had a great host , everything was fine..however when my 7 year old daughter went to get her "prizes " she had lots of tickets and the lady told her prior that she would hold on to her tickets while my daughter played more so she could get a way over priced toy, my daughter stood up there for the longest when she returned . Another person told me how the lady was ingoring my daughter , she rolled her eyes at my daughter at this point I was watching from a far so.i could see for myself. I finally stepped in and got the ladies attention, and said yes excuse me my daughters been standing her for 15 minutes, and you have her other tickets , she then stops and stares into outer space no.joke then says yes I do... then starts getting my daughters prizes then just leaves right in the middle of us getting her prizes , it took alot out of me not to get ugly to this lady, I understand it's a Saturday and it's raining and its chuck e cheese , but dnt work with kids if you can't handle it... o and only 2 ticket machines were working...

First and foremost, the assigned party hosts were notably absent and inattentive throughout the duration of the event. Despite their presence, they appeared relaxed and disengaged, failing to provide the level of service one would expect during a special occasion. Their lack of attention significantly detracted from the overall experience and left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.

Additionally, I was disappointed by the lack of oversight from the management team. The manager on duty failed to proactively address any concerns or ensure that all customers, including myself, were satisfied with their experience. Moreover, despite raising my concerns, no offer of a refund or compensation was made, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction.

I must commend Evan from Alpharetta for being the exception to this disappointing experience. His professionalism and dedication to customer service stood out, but unfortunately, his efforts were overshadowed by the overall poor service provided by the rest of the team.

Furthermore, it is disheartening that I had to escalate my complaint to guest relations and the district manager in order to obtain a refund for the subpar experience my child and I endured. As a result, what should have been a joyous and memorable birthday celebration was marred by disappointment and frustration.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against hosting parties at Chuck E. Cheese based on my recent experience. The lack of attentive staff, managerial oversight, and adequate resolution processes for customer complaints are indicative of systemic issues within your organization that need to be addressed promptly.

I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve the quality of service provided to your customers...

🔐Don't be fooled by their stamping your kids hand so you have a FALSE sense of security. Both times we were there, they had the person taking orders also running to back. No one is there to check the stamp against the parents stamp. No one is monitoring this at all. Especially at the Alpharetta location. People were walking out with kids without a glance. This is just false security. Not any safer than anywhere else. I never trust a stamp. Im just saying if you are that person that does....., don't?!

💰💲this company will NOT work with you & will turn you into collection even if you habe called and try to cancel, explain scenario. Signed up for the year membership for my grand babies who lived close to one then moved. We used membership all of 2 times. I wanted to at least transfer it over to another mom so kids could enjoy amd it not go to waste, but these people are brutally unable to budge to help in literally any way. They will gladly take your monthly money while it gets unused. I lost my card and hoped it would cancel out the last 2 months of the contract that way but they sent collection notices. They could have worked with me and kept their reputation but they wanted monthly payment more than any...
