This review is specifically about the laundry mat:

Found out our hotel guest laundry wasn't available, so hurried over to get our laundry done. On the door was a sign with the hours - they close at 9, so loads must be in by 8. We were close, but before 8, so we brought in our stuff (and our baby) and started to sort our clothes into washers, and then a guy comes down with keys, puts them in the door and says: You aren't starting a load, are you? We respond yes, but it's not 8 yet is it? He says it is. Oh. We pull everything out of the washers, pack it all up, get back out to our vehicle, and check the time. Just hits 8 as we check.

Thanks for nothing. Worst kind of customer service imaginable. We had gone there instead of to the alternate laundry offered by our hotel in hopes that we could be done quickly. Keystone laundry was more expensive, but we were excited that we could do several loads and once. Instead we spent several hours doing one load at a time (for half the cost) - and I would do it again, because I would never give my business to people who would kick customers out so that they could close a few minutes early.
