Thank you for your reply, but I’d like to clarify something: this isn’t about whether or not your business can make me happy — it’s about the fact that you didn’t. I’ve supported many local businesses, left positive reviews, and even recommended them to friends and family. Yours simply isn’t one of them, and here’s why. Your bartender lacked basic customer service, and the rules regarding pitchers of soda versus pitchers of water made little sense. If electronics are your concern, how is water — equally capable of damage if spilled — acceptable, but soda isn't? That sounds less like a safety policy and more like an excuse to pad your bottom line. In this economy, families work hard to save for experiences like birthday parties or nights out. When those experiences fall flat — especially at a premium cost — people are right to speak up. I left an honest review, not out of bitterness, but because others deserve transparency before spending their money. Thank you for pointing out that I don’t leave enough positive reviews. You're right — word of mouth only reaches the people I talk to directly. I’ll have gone online and left reviews for businesses I already recommend family and friends to visit that consistently do a great job. That said, I can guarantee those businesses already benefit from my recommendations. And if you asked them, I’m confident they’d say they’d rather have my word-of-mouth support and no online review at all — than a negative one like the one I left for your establishment. When a business provides excellent service, people talk. And when they don’t — especially after overcharging and underdelivering — people talk louder. And since you mentioned feedback: how often does your business respond to critical reviews with accountability, rather than defensiveness or deflection? Maybe it’s time to focus less on invalidating customer experiences and more on improving them.
We visited this establishment for the first time tonight for a birthday party. We paid for unlimited 2 hours wristband of VR/arcade. and we spent 20 minutes of our first game of them trying to get the equipment to function properly. It wasted our time. We interacted with multiple staff during our visit. MAYBE 1 of the 5 we talked to has any customer service. The others we beyond rude. While we were playing the few games we got to play. They put our VR headsets on with submersive sound and then gave the "rules/walk through" with that sound in your ear and expected you to hear it and be able to follow their rules. The one staff member we could hear the rules he was saying he talked faster than an auctioneer going over the rules". You may be saying the rules/instructions for the 100th time as part of your job. We as paying customers are only hearing it for our first. Not to mention the cost of their birthday package was BEYOND ridiculous!!!! I would all around not recommend thia place to anyone for any reason. If I could give it none or negative...
Read moreA fantastic time was had at Sprockets Fun Foundry. We stopped for a quick bite before releasing the boys for unlimited gaming. Two floors filled with vr and classic arcade games kept them busy. I got the boy the unlimited play wrist bands- which is the Sunday special. No prizes can be earned (perfect, less to throw away and leave in my car loli) and they play as many of the games as they want for a couple hours. We were all amazed at how many games were offered, many vr options that were brand new that we had never ever heard of! I felt comfortable enough to sit and eat while the boys played and didn’t feel like I needed to follow them around. There were several of staff members there to help and typically there was a person on staff at each game. The food was great, but let me tell you the best part… the bathrooms! Each floor has a hallway of completely private restrooms, walls floor to ceiling and a full door. They’re kept clean and tidy and there was never a line although the place was buzzing with small crowds. Football games played on several TV’s where we ate, which drew crowds but it wasn’t ever rowdy. What a fun and family friendly...
