Good evening. I just wanted to give my reviews on Cruizzers Pizzaria in Keystone South Dakota. That whole town is amazing. I was sitting in my hotel while on vacation and it was late at night and I had missed dinner because I was totally exhausted and fell asleep so I decided to go out and trying to find something to eat there wasn't much open cuz it was like I think about 10 at night and I found this pizza shop on what they call I think the boardwalk it's a long sidewalk made of wood sounds really old fashioned when you walk on it. I went inside I set down in a man brought me the menu he was very polite I believe he was an American Indian which is common in that area I would say and I ask for a pizza I think I asked for a Hawaiian pizza with a beer. He said thank you sir and he left about 15 minutes later he came back with my pizza and a ice cold beer in the beer in the glass was sweating big sweat drops coming off the glass it tastes so good. I took a bite of my first slice of pizza I thought I went to heaven it was so good. Well to be honest I gobbled that four slice pizza up really fast. It was fresh it was hot and oh so good! If you are ever in Keystone and your tummy tells you I need pizza then you know where to go. I would recommend this restaurant anybody that would ask me family, friend, or stranger. Happy traveling summation point tell them that..........

(Mine obviously ) so I turned around in hopes to discuss the issue. I know most people don’t really understand what it’s like to have to live this way, so I thought this would be a good chance to educate. Not only was the employee not apologetic but was hostile and argumentative. I explained it felt like I was being fined for having an allergy. Her defense was that everyone charges extra for gf. I am well aware that most places do charge extra. BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE IT OKAY. The extra precautions she said the kitchen had to take for customers with allergies are one we live and deal with everyday. Her only attempt at an apology was to say she was sorry I felt insulted by their policy. Living with food issues is impossible, and I was grateful that gf was even an option, but I was horrified at how disrespectful both interactions with employees ended up being.
Original post: Sucks! When I ordered a gf crust they asked if it was preference or allergy. When I said allergy they added a $2.00 service charge! No one chooses to...
Read moreI’ve traveled all over the country and nobody has better pizza than Cruizzers. Drove in from Colorado this afternoon and swung by Cruizzers to grab a bite to eat. What a cool spot! The owner was super friendly and helpful! We sat on the balcony with our dogs and they even let us fill their water bowls. We got a 10” Road Hog (MeatLovers), a 10” Gluten Free Cheese Sticks, and a Dinner Salad. First and foremost, my 11 year old son is one of the pickiest eaters ever (yes even pizza) and he and I couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. The pizza was perfectly cooked and loaded with the perfect amount of meat! The gluten free Cheese sticks , let me tell you about the gluten free cheese sticks! We were all in agreement, they are better than any regular cheese sticks you’ll get from a pizza chain. The ranch is made in house, and I believe the marinara is too! I didn’t personally eat the salad, but it looked great and the lettuce was very fresh! No complaints from the fiancé. If you find yourself looking for good pizza and an awesome atmosphere, look no further than Cruizzers. We’ve already decided as a family that we will be making the 5 hour trip again in the future just to eat at...
