Five Guys — Restaurant in Kissimmee

A new location and a fresh experience with food we love. Go away all you haters. I have driven past this one a couple times now and today we stopped for lunch...... at lunchtime. First off they had a good amount of customers both inside and out but we got lucky to only have one in front of us in line. We placed our order just as easy as at any other location we have been to. The employees were all friendly and courteous. There were dividers at the registers and all employees were wearing masks and gloves. I also spotted one going through and thoroughly cleaning tables and chairs and other surfaces. My companion got a shake and it was ready before we walked away from the counter. We had a very reasonable wait for our food and it was hot. They were also very generous with the fries unlike some we have visited more recently. My companion was very happy with their Little Bacon Cheeseburger as usual. I had the Bacon Dog with just mustard, hot sauce and pickles and it was excellent. I usually get more topping but a broken tooth is limiting the types and amounts of things I can currently have (long story). Sometimes you just have to have Five Guys. I have to say that this location feels a bit smaller on the inside and was a bit overcrowded for part of our visit but everyone seemed good with it. Terrible, the worst experience, first time in the place, my order took more than 12 min after see that they call my number another person grab my order and took it , the woman in the cook line respond in very bad attitude to me telling me that I have to pay attention and be on time to pick up my order, I told her that she just give my order to someone else and she again loud spoke to me "is your fault we call you and you not answer so somebody else took you order" after someone else take care of my order again my surprise was they throw all the French fries inside the bag on top of the hamburger, without cup or something to hold the French fries, I was so angry that I return the food I put everything on the top of the table and show what they just did to me and my family , so I asked for refund of my money and this woman just came and start arguing with me and 2 times I told her that I dont going to argue I dont going to fight or scream I just want my money back, but this unreasonable and disrespect custoner service person omitted what I says and continued argue and talk to me very bad . This five guy place need to training their people, bad customer service, disrespect and so low class of personality that you can handle this type of people. Is so...

Honestly didn’t wanna do this review because I work in the food industry as well, but I think I should air out my thoughts on my recent experience here. So I normally never go to Five Guys because the prices a ludicrous for what’s essentially fast food, but I really liked going to the Florida Mall one because of their good service. This was my first time visiting this location and I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon, when I approach the cashier he already has an attitude just when I’m literally ordering, and when I pull out an $100 bill to pay I literally just asked if he can do it and he immediately snaps at me.

Then I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with BBQ sauce, the cashier did not charge me the bacon so I got none of it, then the BBQ sauce wasn’t on the burger. At least the cooks apologized and gave it to me on the side (they are the only reason I’m not giving this location a 1/5). Then the Milkshake the cashier didn’t even put whipped cream on it, what’s the point? No like literally just tell me you’re lazy with your job at that point.

Left immediately when I finished my meal, do not recommend...
