Shasta Litho — Local services in Klamath Falls

I have never written a negative review before and I have had bad experiences in my lifetime. I went to Shasta Litho Printing today to have an old 1951 article copied for some senior citizens about Klamath Falls, OR. A young female with dark hair and very blue eyes was extremely unfriendly. She addressed me rudely to the point I asked her if she was having a bad day. She then started being overly nice with everyone in the shop, as if she understood she was not being very nice. She then asked me if I wanted them to sort the copies as well with an attitude that I was putting her out. I stated I will sort them. It was seven pages and I wanted 10 copies. She then gave me the copies with the tab indicators on the copies. I tabbed the pages I wanted copied for their convenience. I asked her if it was common practice to just copy the page with the tabs. She replied by saying since they weren't on the article she didn't think it mattered. So unprofessional. So rude. The tabs did cover some of the pictures. I tried to add photos to this review but couldn't so you could see what I mean. She also gave me 10 of the copies where the copies were of a folded in half page and I had to ask if she could run those again because they folded a 1951 fragile magazine page that you couldn't see the article. Again, she was put out. She made me feel uncomfortable to even have to tell her. I will never go there again, and I will tell everyone about this experience. I was in a bit of a time crunch after trying to go to staples. Staples took 3 days to print my order, didn’t call me to tell me my order was done and didn’t print my order correctly. So with 40 minutes to get the stuff I needed I went to Shasta Litho and had everything I needed in the right sizes in less than 30 minutes. Staff was great and understanding of my time situation. So far have only talked on the phone, but customer service was really great and they made sure to give me a really reasonable quote for the order I need. Updated: Just picked up my print order and it's gorgeous. The prints are very crisp, good quality and all of them are perfect (no bends or anything and good, clean edges) and I am extremely happy with my order. I'm only sadder I hadn't brought my printing projects to them earlier. A+ service...
