2 days in a row went for drinks.... and even after repeating order multiple times they only got the hot cocoa right. My drink was made wrong and it was a simple chai. Other drink was a rebel drink and it was made wrong (lastnight) and we were charged more then day before, day before same chai drink screwed up and frost supposed to be hand blended and it was runny. The drinks weren't up to the Dutch bros standards. And the music was soooooo loud when I said excuse me to get the drinks fixed they were more interested in chatting with each other then To help. Night before last night was just 1 person that i seen and it was like didn't understand the orders. Tried calling to get this fixed as that's over 25$ spent on drinks and we couldn't even enjoy them. Very displeased and disappointed how things were done. Also I should add... our wait time from pulling into drive way to get in line to window was 20 minutes, then once at window to being able to drive off was another 20 minutes... lastnight. Night before it was 23 minutes from drive up to drive out. These times are very crazy... what...
Read moreI just moved to this area, and went to grab a coffee yesterday. Unfortunately, this is the worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to. It took a long time for them to process the 2 or 3 cars ahead of me (no big deal, because I was not in a rush), but the young lady that waited on me was not friendly whatsoever. I prefer to have my transaction short and pleasant, but it was neither. I was not greeted with a “hello” nor a “thank you” or a “sorry it was taking an average of about 5minutes per care ahead of you” and it appeared as if my patronage of this establishment was not welcomed or appreciated, judging by this young lady’s facial expressions. I understand that people have bad days sometimes, but it’s important to leave that at the door when you are working in the service industry. I would not have felt right about not leaving a tip, and I don’t feel right about the tip that I did leave, based on the service I received (and that is not a pleasant experience). I might give this location one more try at some point, in the hopes that what I experienced yesterday...
Read moreMe and my family had a great experience here. We were leaving the smoke and fires in California and decided to visit Oregon. This was the first place we stopped on our way in. We were trying to figure out what to order and the staff were very helpful. When the really helpful staff member started to charge me, what I can only guess is the manager quickly jumped in and said not to charge us because it was our first time there. I didn't realize there were more locations and told them I didn't think I would be back through to get more coffee from them, they said it didn't matter and it was policy. Then I tried to give them cash as a tip for their generosity, they said they can't accept cash as a tip because of COVID policy. I left feeling a little guilty enjoying the delicious coffee, but also with a lot of respect for the company. I can't tell you how many more times I stopped at Dutch Brothers once I realized they were all over the place. Great coffee and even...
