U & I Trading Post — Local services in Klamath Falls

I've been dealing with Tyler for the past couple of years after experiencing some health-related issues that adversely affected my finances. He and Jacob have always been incredibly kind and respectful, and have offered better prices and terms than I've found at any other pawn shop. His offers are more than fair, and more than I've been offered at other establishments, and he's been willing to work with me when I've had a "bad" month.

The store is very clean and well organized, and the staff is knowledgeable about the value of items presented and sold. I trust them completely to be fair and honest with me on the price of anything I bring in or take out.

The staff, both Tyler and Jason, have been so helpful and kind to me that I consider them to be friends... partners in helping me to work through some difficult personal times.

I can't recommend U&I Trading Post highly enough, especially for those finding themselves in...

The owner was seriously so attentive to my worry about my cards being in loan and knowing they are safe that he took me step by step with each being accounted for , told me everything he was doing and how he was laying the card piles out in numbers , he counted in front of me confirming his number and mine. We wrote the number down with my signature and he even made a mark onto the sticky note that went onto the box to kno if it was tampered with lol yes I told him about my trust issues and he went so many extra steps to make me feel comfortable and secure my trust that honestly made me feel so content and happy. They are so easy to talk to , nice , nd friendly , with a clean and awesome business that anybody can enjoy. There video game section is seriously the best in town and if you need that pressure washer, knife, or Mario game. I'm sure they will have you covered !! 5stars and highly...

Tyler does bad business. I was in the market for a gun. I had found one I liked, asked the price because there wasn't one on the specific gun I was interested in. Tyler told me $899 I said okay ill come back tomorrow. I came back the next day and still no price tag and ask for the price again just to make sure. He then said I don't know let me ask the guy who built the gun. Then he calls the (guy who built the gun) and he said $899 over the phone with him on speaker. I was thinking okay perfect. Then he comes to me and says it's $1,000. I asked him why all of a sudden with a different price and now changing it up all of a sudden isn't right. Tyler then is just blunty rude and says welp this is my shop I can change the price to whatever I want. Which is true but went back on his word which is bad business. Bad business for $100.
