I have been a customer for years. But I will no longer go to this location. The last time I shopped there, I went to purchase a bench. When I walked in I noticed a grey bench for 50% off. There was a lady standing in front of the bench when I walked over, we talked for a few seconds about the bench and she inquired if the white and brown bench was on sell too. I went and grabbed a few things and the lady was still standing in front of the benches, she asked me if the boxes had benches in them as well. I went over and spoke with a sales person (who I later found out was Beth the store manager) I asked about the boxes and was informed they did not contain benches. I inquired about the price on both benches and was informed that only the gray bench was on sell (keep in mind that during this whole conversation the other lady never moved nor made an inquiry about the bench) so I informed her I intended to purchase the bench and she took off the tag. I go on to do more shopping next thing I know Beth comes to me and informs me that the other lady was standing there first. Long story short she treated me like I had done something wrong by wanting to purchased the bench, and the audacity to apologize to the other women because I would not give her the bench. She all but said I should’ve given her the bench because she was white and was black. If I had been a white person that situation would have been way different. I ordered a table online to be picked up in store, I contacted customer service after 4 weeks and was told it had shipped to the store, waited an additional 2 more weeks and contacted customer service again and was told I'm not sure what happened, it shows shipped to the store. I then contacted the store, yes, it is here. RUDE CLOSING EMPLOYEE. The door was still unlocked and they didn’t close until the next two minutes, customers were still checking out at the register and the cashier with blondish brown hair put her hand up and said we’re about to close and made me leave. This was extremely rude especially bc I was just needing to grab one thing and there’s was customers checking out. Horrible attitude and not friendly and unacceptable. I remember being a store manager and we close once all customers are out never kicking anyone out before...
