The screen is not responding normally at all. I am sorry I brought it to you. The phone randomly goes into Zoom mode now and you can’t “unzoom” using 3 fingers like the phone is designed to do. In fact, the phone just freezes up. I can’t even shut the phone off because the writing is so big I can’t see the “swipe” to power off. None of my apps are functioning normally. There’s a delay in the response. Additionally, in my email app, there is a part of the screen has has zero response. I am profoundly disappointed. I want my money back and I want the screen fixed properly!

UPDATED REVIEW: I returned to the store, and the screen was immediately replaced. Evidently, a batch of “bad” screens had come in. So I was pleased with the customer service response. Unfortunately, the person I dealt with was not very competent when there was a problem with knowing the new software allowing me to check out and pay the bill. After a 45-minute wait for him trying to figure out something he couldn't, I had to leave. I was present at the store for 2-hours instead of the 1-hr it typically takes to fix a phone screen. It was 1-hr for the fix, and almost 1-hr to check out until I promised to phone in payment the next morning (since they had all my personal info) but was threatened that if I leave he would call the police. This was a horrible experience, one that was totally aggravating. I cannot recommend this location even though the manger offered a 50% discount for the aggravation as well as the police threats. I took my iPhone to another local fixit shop, they didn't have the part, so ordered it. Then next day they said the part "didn't arrive," so would have to wait for the 3rd day to fix (if they got the part). I called Batteries Plus and they said they had the part, and could do in 1.5 hours!
