Ordered pizza online at 5:30 for 6:45 pick up. At 7 we are notified that pizza is in oven. In frustration after a long and stressful work week I ask "next time if I want to pick up my pizza at 6:45, what time do I request it be ready? An angry red headed woman aggressively informed me that for some reason or another I should be ok that my pizza is not ready. Her implication was that I was being unreasonable for expecting my pizza to be ready when I was told it would be. As a small business owner, I was amazed. No apology or understanding. If I ran my business like this I would not have a job. All she needed to say was "sorry" and I would have been fine. No additional stress to my or her week. Some people should not be managers.
The upside is a guy working the register handed my wife a coupon for a free pie and the pizza was good. If it weren't for the customer service from the cashier they would have lost a customer.
Follow up. I was contacted by management and provided with an apology for my experience and an effort to do the right thing. Based on follow up, I blame the individual not...
Read moreUsually good pizza but new folks come in and they don't seem to appreciate the master piece they could be making. Why deliver someone a soggy pizza with too much sauce and cheese that you can't even pick up without loosing half the ingredients? I fold pizza in half ... still. Time and again we go in and get the same attitude from the kids making pizzas. The kicker is when you have one of the employees take the best table in the house to store their laptop and notebooks while working. Previously the person working today had 3 other employees at that very table chatting away. They actually went to behind the counter and some started working after we got our pizzas. The Lafayette location has one premium high top that doesn't have AC blowing you out. We watched other patrons move from the other high tops getting frozen. If you walk into a restaurant, you should not see employees claiming primo locations. Do you need to do the books for the restaurant? Do them in the back out...
Read moreI’m a little shocked that it took me 4 years of living in this area to try this place. I had, of course, seen it before but for some reason never felt compelled to stop in. I went last night for dinner on a whim and was so impressed. This place is legit - especially for the options in the area! I two mega dough pizzas (yes, all for myself) and when I got home and started eating couldn’t believe the quality. I was so sad when Pizza Rev closed - but after my first experience here I think it’s almost better. The customization options are fantastic and the dough and crust really hit the spot. Perfect experience - I think it will be my new go to place. And for the price, with unlimited toppings, you can’t beat it. The tea I got was very tasty as well, and the employees working were very attentive and made sure I had everything that I needed prior to leaving. Looking forward to...
