Bought a mod from here and the sales lady had no idea how the thing worked, at all. After I left, i realized I needed to buy batteries, which she failed to mention. I had no idea how to work the stupid thing. Went to the other Xhale city shop down the road and that girl knew even less than the first one. I believe your employees need a bit more training. I still haven’t been able to use my mood, which I paid $70 for. Will go to a different shop...

Handed me the wrong flavor then wouldn't exchange it after their mistake. I will not ever step foot in any of their stores ever again!!!!! Talked to corporate and they didn't even offer to give me a vape they messed up. Just flat out stole money from me. And the reviews come from employees and their significant others. Not customers. Xhale city is just a terrible company. Whoever started it...

Walking into Xhale City is like walking into vape heaven — shelves are stocked, staff is laid-back but super helpful, and the place smells good. Every time I stop in, I end up leaving with something new to try and a smile on my face. You can tell they care about their customers here, and that’s why I keep coming back....
