I had a good experience with most of the workers there they were really nice especially a blond girl who had tons of energy, however I got a gift item from the gift section with papers all over showing 30% off and the gift items didn’t get discounted and I noticed after I left, so I came back thinking it would be a quick fix and so did the team member helping me but she had to call for the managers help and the manager seemed very annoyed and said that it was an excused item and that’s that basically and I pointed to the section and said there are signs all over how was I supposed to know that this one item was excluded can we honor the incorrect pricing and she said to the team member asking for help, something like this… “don’t do courtesy discounts I will now, just to get this over with but don’t do this again” and was just very not friendly at all. Other than that experience the store was nice and clean and the team members were really nice...

I was super disappointed. First time I went I got two dresses no one really talked to me while shopping but the girl at the register was really nice. I went back to swap a dress to a smaller size and the same girl at the register didn’t even say hello or ask if I needed anything. She just grabbed my return item in the bag and the new size handed it to some other girl and turned her back and just kept talking to her coworker. The girl cashiering never said a single word until she asked me to sign the receipt and then just handed me the dress and receipt and didn’t even bother to bag the dress or say have a nice day. I was shopping for a work holiday party and Kate was absolutely incredible!!! She literally helped so much in helping me make outfits.
