This is the second time I have visited this location and both times the staff were rude and unhelpful.
I was visiting the store this past weekend and as soon as I walked in the greeter told us about the special that was running. I said thank you and that was the end of our conversation. Another group walked in a little after us and she greeted them, told them of the special, and had asked if she could help them find anything in particular. It was as if she thought I wasnât going to buy anything and didnât offer to help us with our shopping experience.
Afterwards, we walked around and found a cute pearl set I had had my eyes on for a while. The earrings were attached to the stand so I had asked the same worker if she could help me take the earrings off the display, because I didnât want to break them accidentally. She came over took them off the display and then walked away. She didnât ask me if I needed anymore help or if I was interested in buying them.
Since it seemed like my business wasnât wanted I took it upon myself and walked up all my jewelry to the counter. A bracelet and 2 sets of earrings. As soon as I walked up to the check out counter the cashier looked at me and walked away from the register. Which I thought was odd, because she had been cashiering the whole time and decided it was time to step away as soon as a customer walked up. So we patiently waited and she turned back around and had asked if we were ready to check out. I said of course with a handful of jewelry.
When she was checking us out I had asked her if itâs customary to walk up to the check out counter with the jewelry and she laughed and said no, someone should have been helping you. I replied no, no one helped me which is why I brought everything up to the counter. I apologized if that messed anything up on her end but she just ignored me and asked the back end to bring up my jewelry.
The first time I had gone in there was also a similar experience. The staff are not helpful and are rude to customers they might believe arenât going to buy anything or just like to profile customers.
Iâm sure you get a handful of customers that walk in and leave. But nonetheless everyone should be treated equally.

She said they were $5 each. Because I was so surprised I asked again, and said really?? And she said yes! I asked if I could use a passholder discount as well and she said yes. When I went to cash out, she asked her coworker if they were the right ones in the system and he said yes and then she said, so theyâre actually $20 each but weâre having a sale so they come out to be $15 each. She turned her associate and asked if passholder discounts can be applied and he said no, and she just said okay, looked at me and said okay your total is $31. I was just shocked that she didnât say anything else, didnât confirm if I still wanted them after being completely wrong about the price. I still purchased them because Iâd already gone through this whole process, and after I paid she just she said sorry about that. So what was explained as $5 each with passholder discount turned into be $30 with no discount. I felt embarrassed so I just went forward with the purchase, but I wouldnât have bought...
   Read moreI just came to Disney springs with my family today, maybe the worst experience in a jewelry store of my life. I felt so downgraded and disrespected. I told Melissa the worker, that it just sucked to drive back home almost 2 hours. She didnât say sorry once and was acting like making the drive 2 times in one day was easy. If I couldnât make the drive i would be stuck with the wrong size ring. Keep in mind we asked for the correct size which we got after a heated argument that begun once I felt the disrespect and terrible customer service. She then proceeded to ask my wife like almost forcing her to agree that she could come tonight and not feel any way about the drive. Like forcing her to respond she was quiet, didnât ask or say anything because she is shy. She got hot with her and my wife was kind enough to not even be mean mostly shocked of the situation. This lady needs to be fired, she probably thinks we are travelers but no we are in the state. She needs to be fired and never experience a customer service job again in her life.
