Na Hoku is a lovely shop located in disney Springs that contains a wide selection of hawaiian style fine jewelry. While on vacation me and my wife were looking to obtain a replacement engagement ring for her. After visiting a handful of other shops and coming to the realization that there was either only junk jewelry or extremely fine jewelry that is accompanied by customer servicd that I could only describe as accosting, we fell upon Na Hoku. Immediately the atmosphere was very welcoming. Dacoda greeted us promptly and I could immediately sense his sincerity. We told him about our previous jewelry shopping experience in the springs and informed him of our budget and he was more than glad to walk us through a selection of pieces that ultimately led to us discovering a beautiful Morganite, Diamond, and Rose Gold, ring for my wife. At no point did he ever pressure us and when my wife asked for a moment to consider what she would like, he was more than glad to oblige. Dacoda made our shopping experience very very special and I am truthfully thankful for his help. I will definitely be returning to Na Hoku...

Cheap trash - I bought a $100 money clip from this place and after about 2 months it simply broke in half. They kindly offered a replacement at no cost. The replacement clip was not fastened together properly and came apart in a matter of days. I fixed it myself and went on with life until I happened back at Disney springs. I told them about this defect and they offered another replacement but this time a $30 charge to me. Ok I guess... I paid it and waited several weeks for the replacement. The new piece has a warped piece of wood inlay that does not lay flush. I pressed it down and it stuck for a few hours but when I voiced my concern to the employee he claimed the glue would set and not be a problem ... here I am several days later, $130 poorer and with a money clip I'd be embarrassed to be seen with due to the nature of it looking like it's falling apart and bought at a zoo gift shop. Never again will I purchase shoddily made products from...

I have been shopping at Na Hoku for years; first in King of Prussia, PA, then in Orlando, FL when it was at the Mall at Millenia. So pleased it is now in Disney Springs in a fabulous new store. Michael has been our salesperson all these years in all of the stores. So excited when he relocated to the Disney Springs store! Their jewelry is so unique and great quality. Na Hoku is truly a wonderful experience in high quality, original designs and great customer service. They have items you cannot find anywhere else, custom made by their own in house designers and other fine quality jewelry manufacturers. Great selection of men's jewelry and watches. From pearls to Koa wood, from silver to gold, from colored stones to diamonds, I almost never leave empty handed! I want to thank Michael for his smile and expertise, and for always taking his time and making sure I am pleased with my purchase. Looking forward to my next...
