Do not shop while black. My daughter and I entered the store to look at iridescent glasses that were in the window. When we entered the store we looked at the taller version then the smaller one. Then, we went back and forth between the two kinds and were deciding on the smaller kind when a store associate came over, fixed the glass we were looking at (which was in the exact same place) stared at my daughter and I and walked away. She didn't say hello or introduce herself to us at all. We promptly put the glasses back that were were going to purchase and left the store. It was a clear example of racism and we will never be back. Shore, you lost a sale and black people who will be visiting disney springs...
   Read moreIdk who needs to see this but a few days ago when I walked in there I witnessed the most disgusting behavior from a staff to a customer. For what I witnessed the staffs (dark hair, petite girl) think I saw one of their names on the shirt. Something like Emma or Emily with 2 other girls that joined her was laughing and giggling at a customer. The girls made a nasty face to the customer and I (nothing to do with me, just a bystander) can feel how uncomfortable the other customer felt.
The atrocious customer service had me putting back what I wanted to purchase and just walked out the door. Idk what happened after but with customer service like that, donât expect me...
   Read moreMy mother-in-law went in here this evening, along with our husbands and my 3 boys. While the 2 of us were oooing and awwwing over the clothes my boys, grabbed a few of the dog toys in the bins, little squeaking toys. The lady came over and started telling them âno, no, noâ and took the whole basket away to the back, then proceeded to have a nasty/worried look on her face as my boys walked around the store. My father-in-law took them out because he was about to snap! I didnât know any of this til I walked out, they almost had a customer, but since mothers with children coming in donât seem to be welcomed guess they wonât get...
