If there was a zero they definitely would get a zero from me! Horrible service and very unprofessional. On September 19th I called to make an appointment for my dog to be groomed and the only available appointment they had was Monday, September 24th at 12 p.m. and because I work two jobs and had to get my dog ready prior to September 27th before taking him on Vacation to Canada, I took what they had and since I work in Lake Geneva and reside in Delavan area now I decided to take my lunch break to take him to get groomed to only find out that they supposedly tried to get a hold of me "" and the receptionist that took my appt didnt put any of my information down to let me know that the groomers flight from Jamaica was delayed and were trying to get a hold of me to cancel my appt. and had to keep my dog outside tied to a tree because i had already spent my hour break, i was lucky that my boss was on vacation. I find it ridiculous that we have been taking my dog to the DOG SPOT since he was 1 and he is five now and not have my contact information.

WORST EXPERIENCE!...

The Dog Spot of Lake Geneva is a smaller homier facility than most. While at other facilities most of the time your dog will remain in their own run, at the dog spot your dog is out for all day play at no extra cost! My dogs love coming to the dog spot to see their friends they've gotten to know over time and they love the employees as well! Always happy walking in the front door. We're usually greeted by kind employees who clearly care for the pets we leave in their hands! It's not a hoity toity place, but my dogs seem to enjoy it immensely. They have healthy food and treats available in their store as well. The staff is always willing to answer questions or assist in any way possible! It's definitely the best place to purchase dog food and entrust your furry companions to while away...

I have been taking my Siberian Husky intermittently to the Dog Spot over the past 5 months. I have found the staff to be kind, helpful, and caring. They have been flexible and accommodating with my needs as my schedule can be erratic at times. I frequently walk in and on many occasions, found the staff to be outside playing with the dogs. They are astute to my dog's socialization needs and when she requires "quiet time." The building and grounds have been undergoing some updating and looks nice. They do not hesitate to call me with updates when I ask for them (such as when I am on a road trip). While it may not appear to be a "luxury" spa, the services they provide are invaluable to the well being...
