Concern Regarding Discriminatory Treatment at Your Bakery Store.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your bakery store this morning. While a young staff member was packing my order, I stood near the cashier, preparing to check out. At that moment, an older woman staff, who was assisting an elderly male customer before me was ready to checkout. She unexpectedly told me to move aside and stand near the bakery instead of remaining at the cashier.

This instruction felt unnecessary, as I would have naturally stepped aside to give the elderly customer space without being told. Being singled out in this way made me feel unwelcome and discriminated against, particularly because I was the only Asian person there. The experience was both humiliating and upsetting, leaving me uncomfortable about returning to your store in the future.

I strongly believe that all customers deserve to be treated with fairness and respect, regardless of their background. I urge you to take this matter seriously and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment...

Food was nice and filling, I ordered the Turkey, Butternut Squash, and Brussels Sprouts Hash and it was A LOT of food for one person. The small bakery that is also next door offer fresh loaves of bread (and offers to cut it for you into slices) while offering different condiments such as jam, jelly, salsa, and so on. We had a small mishap in the restaurant with our waiter forgetting or misplacing our order ticket , but he quickly apologized when he realized the mistake and comped one of our meals. It is a rainy day and I figured I would drop the kids off at school and stop on the way to pick up some donuts. To my surprise this particular Bakery does not open till 8 a.m.. how can you call yourself a bakery and not cater to the people that are going to work in the morning?
