We rented an Abbey Villa. The villa itself was beautiful, completely remodeled, extremely clean, spotless. Given that it’s summertime and it’s very warm we were looking forward to spending time at the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was very dirty and at times the key fob would not work to open the pool door. We had to have someone come to the unit to give us a new key fob a few different times. When bringing The dirtiness of the pool to the attention of Geneva Lakes vacations they told me they have no control over that and there’s nothing they can do. I spoke to Candice directly regarding this she was extremely unprofessional and very unhelpful. Since I was not able to utilize the pool as it stated on the website that this villa has a pool and that it’s open from Memorial Day until Labor Day I asked for a partial refund. I was told that I would get a call back. Candice never called me back. Absolutely horrible...

We stayed at Sage Street Bungalow last weekend and-WOW-what a beautiful home! Everything was bright, impeccably, clean, and comfortably cozy. The space is thoughtfully designed with accessibility in mind, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is ideal-Just the minutes from all the shops and restaurants-But the private backyard feels like a peaceful retreat. Sitting around the fire pit under the stars you’d never guess you were so close to town. The host were absolutely lovely and incredibly accommodating. We rented the Geneva Lake Front Deluxe house for a week long family vacation and it was amazing. The views from almost every room are breathtaking. Our family of twelve (ages 11-90) had plenty of space and plenty of activity. The house is beautiful, well appointed and relaxing. We swam, boated, pickelballed, took long walks and ate a lot of good food everyday. Really a perfect vacation with a lot of action and plenty of space for chill time. The management company was on it. They helped us arrange a pontoon boat rental and also helped us find a chef to make some dinners for us.
