El Zacatecano — Local services in Lake Geneva

Don’t have dinner or lunch here! Ive been here numerous times for Mexican products that are unavailable at other local stores and haven’t had any problems. So due to my previous decent experiences I decided to eat there. The place isn’t clean. The main lady in charge has terrible costumer service (can’t blame language since my husband and I are fluent in Spanish). She took a while to take our order and when taking it she kept walking away without letting us finish. She was more distracted and involved in flirting and joking with a couple of men that were there drinking. She was so distracted that she brought chips and salsa twice and walked away without even realizing she had already brought us some. The food wasn’t the greatest. Only thing I’d eat again would be the carnitas tacos. Don’t get the horchata! It tastes like artificial horchata Glass mix. If you know you know…. There are way better options in the area with decent...

Rude service, mediocre tamales. It's not hard to see why this place was empty. Cashier/ waitress was very rude when we asked questions. Very little selection of fruit or vegetables and hardly any meats, no fish to choose from. When I asked for green salsa for my tamales she explained there was green salsa inside (didn't see any btw) and charged me for two small portion cups for sides. I don't recall ever paying for tablespoon size portions of salsa ever, anywhere! Tamales tasted old. Won't go back, better choices in Walworth...

Ordered some tacos yesterday after work ate2 tacos didn’t really taste correct but I was hungry and still ate them. 45 min later I’m puking all over the place. Went in this morning to see Dr as stomach just horrible and looks like I have food poison.. I would stay far away from this place.. everything in here looks like it’s weeks old.. how dare you sell rotten spoiled meat to family’s.
