I just wanted to express my experience on the night of the 19th of April, 2017. I'm a single father of 2 kids with a mediocre paying job. Reason why I mentioned that is because Taco Bell has a reasonable price menu with out breaking the bank. And my kids really enjoy eating there and they love their new slushy's lol. But truthfully that's not the reason for this unfortunately. So me and my 2 kids go there for take out on the night of the 19th and placed a Togo order for a grande meal 6 soft tacos and 4 green burritos instead of their normal red sauce burrito. And 2 slushy's one green for my son and one pink for my daughter. Anyways our order is called and instead of checking everything thoroughly I assumed it was all correct. Due to the nice lady working the cash register tonight she went over everything with me 3x just to make sure everything was correct. Well upon arriving at home I open the soft tacos for the kids and get them all set up. Then I go to feed myself and honestly I got the burritos mostly for myself but also just incase the kids were still hungry. Upon opening these burritos i noticed all 4 burritos were wrongfully made. They were all made with the red sauce instead of the green sauce. So I decided to call the store and just bring it to their attention. When calling a gal by the name of Tina answered the phone and stated she was the manager/supervisor oh hand at the moment. I brought it to her attention what had happened with my order and she stated to me. "Yes I remember who you are and your order". Then she went on to state that "she made my order and that the cashier did not put down the proper info for green sauce instead of red sauce and that she had made that same mistake multiple times today". I honestly took it as no big deal she's probably new I'm not gonna make her job even harder on her if that was the case. Anyways upon returning to Taco Bell I decided to just glance at my receipt and noticed that the cashier did get my order correct and that Tina the supervisor/manager lied to me to make herself not seem at fault for making the mistake in regards to the sauce. So when I returned to the Taco Bell location a gentleman approached me and asked me if there was something wrong. So I brought it to his attention what had happened and at that point the cashier also stated that the same gal had blamed her for multiple mistakes that day. And that she great fully appreciated me saying something so maybe Tina wouldn't blame her for her own mistakes anymore. At that point the gentleman left and shorty later a lady reappeared. I asked the gal if she was Tina and she replyed no Tina is "busy" at the moment. And that she was just there to replace my order on the 4 burritos. I said okay whatever just replace them so I could go on about my night. While waiting they attended the other customers before attempting to fix my order. After a few minutes of waiting I became even more agitated about the service I was receiving and decided to tell the two lady's at the front that it's okay I will just decide to take my business elsewhere and walked out. I'm honestly not upset at Taco Bell in general but who they decide to manage a corporation (Tina) is a different story. As a manager you take full responsibility for all your staff members on hand. And then discuss the issue at a later time with your employees. Not throw them under the bus for say. Just to make yourself seem like a perfectionist. We all honestly make mistakes no one is perfect. But if you can't admit an honest mistake and that you'd rather just point the finger at someone else is just wrong. And I truly feel no business should ever be operated that way. Thanks for taking the time to read this if you did!...
Read moreI was just at the Taco Bell in lake Havasu next to the Wells Fargo. I just wanted to tell you how impressed I was with your team. In my entire life I've never had someone verify my order after I had ordered it. Apparently some of the stuff I did on the kiosk confused one of the workers. She immediately called another team member over they discussed it and decided to verify it with me. I don't know if I came in during a shift change or at a time when a lot of people were taking lunches but the restaurant seemed very well staffed. For how busy the lobby was and the drive-thru I'm surprised I got my food so fast. I am a picky eater and so I am used to waiting longer for my food. Not only did they get everything right but they are very friendly from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you get your food. The crayons and coloring books that I assume are for kids underneath the takeout orders is something I have never seen in a fast food restaurant ever and really gives it the hometown feel. The applications station is subtle but the perfect touch for anyone looking to quickly come in and grab an application. The restrooms are clean and the lobby area is clean. The only thing I would request that Taco Bell changes that this location is above the door facing lake Havasu boulevard. Please have somebody tint the top of that window. The poor workers at sundown are looking straight into the sun having to cover their eyes. This would be easily solved by either putting tint on the window and door or putting some kind of window sticker that can be an advertisement. I sent a message to the district manager because the number was available inside the Taco Bell and she immediately responded and thanked me for the feedback and then said she will have the windows tinted in that spot. This Taco Bell would be a great candidate for a Taco Bell Cantina, especially with those early summer and summer party groups. Fantastic job folks...
Read moreI know this is Taco Bell, but hear me out. I used to be a night shift lead/ AGM for a taco bell up in northern CA. This store actually cares about their customers. The customer service is amazing at this location. Coming from a taco bell background, I always wanted to the upmost best for my customers no matter what the situation was. Working at any fast food place is very difficult sometimes, but it's people like the ones whom work here who give food service a GOOD name. Marking the burritos appropriately, making sure the ingredients are always fresh and hot, like following legitimate procedures while making the best of food. I'm proud and happy to order from here everytime, and they are so understanding and have never let me down. Thank you all for putting in the work you do, and making my night everytime I order. This place goes above and beyond for their customers.
Photo below is of my beautiful order with fresh potatoes 😊 You guys...
