Amigos Birria Tacos — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Just ate here yesterday. Felt like some quick "Street" Mexican food. There are three taco places right smack next to each other. They share the same corner, Amigos is in the middle.

Prices were fair, then great when you see the amount of food.

Place was spacious, light and airy, comfortable seating, plenty of stuff at the self serve wait station.

Food was really great, spectacular actually. Meat was Cooked perfectly, super flavorful, cilantro and onions were fresh and sweet. Every bite was delicious. Homemade salsas were awesome. It didn't feel heavy later, in fact I was craving it three hours later.

Service was just fine. Although the kitchen gave my order to another guy by mistake, they brought a couple birria tacos out to apologize. I appreciate that kind of care for the customer. Hard to find nowadays. Bonus- the owner was walking around checking in on your...

Last week I came here an hour before closing ordered the amigos plate and half of my stuff was missing they are fairly new so I ate what I had and dealt with it this time I just showed up there was nobody in the dining room and one person in front of me about 10 people came in behind me every single one of them got their food before i did and I waited for over an hour for a simple plate of food that I had to ask 3 times what’s going on while they looked confused and had to go find where my order disappeared to very disappointed in customer service but love the food...

I went here for the first time and it was not impressive. The food was mostly good but an excessive amount of juice was just running out of the tacos and the tortillas were too small.
