Absolutely hate the Manager. How are you gonna lie to me in my face 3 times. This whole thing was supposed to be a nice experience to me and my family because we get free Whopper's due to the TMobile Tuesday app. We went in today to redeem this in the restaurant. Prior to entering my wife already order her's thru mobile order while I wanted to order via restaurant so the cashier could enter it in themselves and I can add to the order some drinks and stuff for the kids. We walk in and started inquiring about my wife's order first. After that I proceed to ask them to first start a fresh order with my code provided by the Burger King app the cashier guy first says oh we don't take 6 digit codes you got a four coded one? Then calls for his manager. The manger proceeds to say that oh we don't do the TMobile whoopers on any day but Tuesday yesterday. I said but my wife literally just ordered it just now. She then says oh idk I guess that's just for mobile then. I said okay is there no way you could maybe type that in? She said no and proceeds to gossip with the rest of the staff about the situation right in front of me. I said uh okay so u guess I can't I gotta cancel this. She said no just order it thru the app. I told her I am on the app. She proceeds to tell me oh we could never put that in anyways. Even on Tuesday. Read moreHorrible horrible horrible. If I was abe to not give a star I would. We love Burger King but never will we come again. We Ordered the 5$ whopper deal with cheese no onion. After waiting about 10 mins we get our food good thing my husband checked no cheese and onion. The lady at the window after ignoring us once came to the window we told her what was wrong she said okay walked away another woman came and took our burger and left cane right back and guess what still no cheese but no onions this time. Now I know she or they whoever it was on the grill just pulled the onions off and sent it right back not even 1 min after she took the burger. I work with food for many years now customer service is ALWAYS your number 1 priority regardless if you're washing dishes or a cashier. And here that must not be taught to their fellow employees. So now after the "fixed" burger still incorrect we wait for another 5 mins and a gentleman came to the window. We told him the issue he politely asked for us to go inside and he'd make a new one. Now if I wanted to get off I would of done that in the first place. So now I'm going home belly empty. They need a whole new crew here the lady at the drive thru looked alil frustrated she was taking care of drive thru and taking orders for inside. Read moreMight be higher if I got my food. Made a delivery order through the app. The driver that was supposed to pick up my order told me someone else got it and wasn't sure what to do. So I caller them. The first person I talked to was pretty nice but I could him talking to the manager who refused to help in any way. The single star I'm giving is for that guy and the customer service I eventually had to call. I got off the phone to talk yo my driver and then remembered I ordered not through the delivery service but the Burger King App itself. So I called back. The woman who answered (I assume the manager) was extremely rude and informed me it wasn't their problem because they made the food. Well yeah but I didn't receive it and my driver wasn't the one who picked it up and the person who gave the food to the other person never got their name. When I asked if they could remake it she flat out said no we already made it we can't remake an order we sent out already and that I should try to find an 800-number to call because they couldn't do anything about it. Called customer service who was extremely apologetic and said that they should have definently been able to take care of it in store. In short I don't know how my food was I never got it but who I assume is management needs to be retrained because they have poor customer service skills. Now to wait a week for my refund.
