Went In There To Get Shoes For My Kids.. The Store Only Had Two Other Customers In There Already At The Register Being Assisted. I Was Not Greeted When I Came In & I Stood Around Waiting For Help For Maybe 5-10 Mins Before I Had To Walk To The Register & Tell Them I Need Help (The Customers Was Gone By Then) One Girl Made Eye Contact With Me When I Asked For Help And She Didnt Reply. Instead She Stood There Eating …. I Dont Care About You Making Your Back Bigger Than What It Already Is , But She Could Have At Least Said “Oh Im On Break At The Moment” Instead Of Looking At Me Stupid For Asking For Help I Had My Kids With Me & As We Was Walking Into The Store The Staff Was Talking & Cursing Really Loud. Mentioning How Some Guy Showed Up To Her House When She Told Him Not To F** Come. All They Attitudes...

I would give them zero stars.. there was a young dark black kid doing the kids wall throwing the shoes on the floor as he’s arranging them not caring if the scuff and I’m standing behind him not once did he ask me or the couple next to me if we needed help didn’t greet us and I kindly asked him for a size 11 in some retro 1s he completely ignored me as I’m standing right behind him. I then say excuse me sir he rolls his eyes while turning his head as if he I was bothering him he took the shoe didn’t say a word. He walked back to get the shoe and I walked right out.. I don’t even know how you allow people like that to work for u let alone represent your brand. I worked for DTLR a little bit over a year at another location and my manager would of never allowed an individual like that...

I went into the store today to buy a pair of Nikes. I asked to see a size 10, they ended up bringing out a size 8.5 after I told them about the size mix up they brought me the correct size. I liked them and wanted to buy them but noticed a small defect on the toe of one of the shoes so I asked if they could bring me out another pair.
