The guy wiped my phone with some screen protector for what seemed like 30 minutes although it was just before closing time. We talked about bath n body works candles and other things. I had received a new device from Cricket and had an issue putting in the SIMs card. I googled the nearest cricket store it gave me this location. I walked in and the sales clerk was working alone There were four people in line and he was trying to assist them all. He then asked who was here for their phones I told him I had an issue with my new phone and if he could help. He told me to take a seat it will be about 15 minutes before he will be able to assist me. Once he was able to clear the store he assisted me with my issue. Worst Cricket Location. Service, was HORRIBLE. Went to this location twice, on a Sunday and Monday. around 11:00am . Both, mornings, they were not open on time. Had to knock on the door, the second time,.for this person, to open this place up. I was returning a defective phone. This dude, didn't want to sell me another phone.
