i normally dont leave reviews for places, but i felt as if i needed to for this specific circumstance. this lovers lane has always been one of my favorite sex shops, specifically this location. I stopped here friday night visiting home from school with some friends, looking for some lingere during their black friday sale. when coming here, the employee that shift, mikey, was AWESOME. he was beyond friendly, and was incredibly inclusive, mindful, and all in all so kind and welcoming. he was so helpful with what i needed, and he just made me feel so comfortable, along with my friends. truly one of the coolest employees ever :)) please give...

Update: In regards to their response: Totally unacceptable. Own up to you're mistake. No misunderstanding. I was there when your employee opened the item, let me feel the item then place in the box and put back on the shelf. Stop with the lies!

They test toys wearing latex gloves but don't make the customers wear them. Who knows how many times it has been touched. Disgusting! I wanted to see a item and how it worked. I wasn't even asked to wash hands or wear latex gloves. Then the lady put the item back in the box. I am very clean, however what about other people. ...

I was here with my husband the other day and they let us hold a toy without any latex gloves. The staff had gloves on but not us! The employee put back in the box and back on the shelf. They deny doing this but it happened folks. Buyer Beware. That is gross! Imagine all the other people that touched this! They replied that this was a misunderstanding. Nope. That's disgusting.
