I'm originally from Chattanooga, TN. I've been obsessively shopping at our Nutrition Store up there which I had hoped Chanberlins would be similar. While it is, it also isn't 😔. I'll admit. I became very accustomed to their supplements, support, customer service, etc. Yet again. I've shopped up there for years. Upon entering Chamberlins, I was surprised. Happy, just surprised 😮. Sage bundles, candles, incense, and more. Oh my!!! Essential oils. Natural soaps, creams, etc!!! I was tickled pink! But as I moved away from the awe-inspiring products, I spent the first 20 min in the store on 😆 I begin looking for familiar products as I know not all carry the same things so I was prepared. But the more I looked, the less I saw. I begin looking around the store for an employee or a member to assist me. 🤔 there were 2 men at the counter also looking for someone to help them. Both were looking to check out. I just needed a few questions answered. I was finally able to ask someone about the pet section. 😩 😪 sadly....they don't have a "section." They have a cpl of shelves. Where I left, they have an entire section in the store. Which again, not meaning to compare. I was just confused when they stated over the phone that they have a pet section, and I get there, and it's a cpl of shelves. So ok, I knew then what I'd have to do. Obviously, this little store is doing something right since they have been open and going for so long. Also, having multiple locations even. I purchased a few things but will have to continue to order from out of state. I don't mind also shopping here for the local support. It's just gonna take some time...
Read moreI am a customer of Chamberlain for two years now. I always buy the same stuff and other as I needed. I spend between $15 to $90 at one point. I love the store but today my experience was very awkward and very disappointed. I came to the store and a new lady ( I guess because I haven’t seen her before) asked me if I needed help . I politely say no . It was ok till she literally followed me and started to act like she was putting things away . She asked me again the same question which by the time I was annoyed by her. So I asked her to please stop following me, that if she thought that I was going to still something she was wrong because I don’t need to do that and I have been a good customer. I asked to speak with the manager about it and she apologized but told me that recently there has been stilling from the store . I really felt like she was just targeting me because I am Hispanic. I am 50 years old . My mom was waiting for me on the car , why in the world would I do that? If I go to a store like this I am reading labels , comparing prices , looking for something specific not to still. I hope I don’t have to go through...
Read moreA healthy food and supplement shop I usually picked up Rosemary essential oil which I get maybe every month and a half for two. They have a lot more depth than a lot of the other small health stores that I've been in in the past even in Jersey and Sweden. Everyone was very courteous that I'd spoke with and made sure to let me know if I needed help just ask. The price is there are pretty much what you would expect yeah you can buy some of the things elsewhere but it's pretty much a one stop shop for health foods and supplements and fresh vegetables. Store is clean and they also make smoothies and shakes and tea and coffee. If you live in Lakeland Florida I recommend it especially since you can go and compare in person if you like.
