Do not give these people your personal information they are liars and scammers. I am from out of town and my wife and I needed two belts because we forgot to pack them for the trip we were on. We stopped at Russell‘s Western outfitters picked out what we needed. When we got to the register, the cashier named Desiree scanned both items and asked me for my phone number. I told her not to worry about it. She then tried to educate me on their less than impressive rewards program while stating “I’ll just sign you up”. All I had to do was give them my phone number and email, I again said no. She told with a very condescending attitude that if signed up I would get $10 off of the purchase and with an even more inappropriate attitude, she told me that all she was doing was trying to help me save money. I unhappily decided it was easier to just give her my personal information because she obviously wasn’t letting it go. Later on during the day, my wife looks at the receipt and sees that she didn’t take the $10 off. I hate giving out my personal information like my phone number and email because I know they are just going to spam me with nonsense or sell my information and then those people are gonna spam me with nonsense. I left the store feeling taken advantage of considering the fact that she basically wouldn’t let me leave with the belt unless I gave her my phone number and email and then I didn’t even get what she told me she was gonna give me which was $10 off for signing up. Very disappointed in their customer service… next time I rather have my pants fall down to my ankles instead of going to the store ever again for anything. I feel flat...

Wow..... the place when you walk in just smells incredible with all the new amazing exotic and custom boots. But not to be confused, the staff is fun, knowledge, prompt when you need them but never pushing......kinda the way you need to be when you work cows. Be sure to take a look at the sale prices and the rewards program. My last purchase was almost paid for with this program. Seven days a week makes it easy on my schedule to take a look at all the new product and fashions too. Silver spurs is coming up in the next couple weeks. Plan ahead to look your best. Excellent selection. Very overpriced. But if that doesn't bother you, this is a great place. Just remember that the employees have no idea what they're talking about in many cases. My girlfriend asked the clerk if they sold her shoes or anything like it. He said no only an ostrich skin. My daughter then looked at the shelf she was standing next to and picked out a shoe that was exactly the same as my girlfriend's but the wrong size. And of course just leather. Same brand And stitching Even I mean it was a perfect match...
