Amy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Lakewood

Unfortunately, the pungent odor of mold/mildew in this store is overwhelming. Know this is not an exaggeration, nor am I the only one who mentioned this in reviews.

You can see a lot of black stains around the air conditioning vents, so I'm surprised this issue has gotten to this point without correction.

The store is very large, seemed to be organized well, and had a lot of items that other Hallmark stores don't have. I wish I could have shopped there, but I have a mold allergy.

The employees were wearing masks... not sure if they're worried about a virus or the mold, but I hope they know their cloth masks won't help with either and perhaps should look elsewhere to work until the mold...

I really liked this store. Having moved to this area, I need to find a Hallmark store, and I am very glad to have found this one. The Guest service is top notch! And the selection was awesome! What I really liked about the store, was the size. It’s big! And, they had a lot to choose from if it gifts, to cards along wrapping paper and gift bags. If you are a snoopy fan, they have a really good selection of Peanuts merchandise. I’ve been coming here for years and come whenever I can. They have a little bit of everything and everything is finely labeled and pretty organized. And yes, this store is HUGE!!

My favorite workers are Chris and Elijah. Chris knows a lot and is always greeting everyone and gives me store updates with the ornaments or about the app. Elijah is super attentive and is always seen helping a customer. However, everyone is super friendly and helpful...
